Airbus makes first-ever fully automatic air-to-air refueling contacts

Airbus has announced the successful completion of the world's first fully automatic boom system air-to-air refueling (A3R) operation, in which an Airbus tanker test aircraft completed 120 dry fueling contacts with an F-16 fighter jet.
