Karma Automotive's second electrified vehicle platform, the L4 E-Flex Van supports a full-size van with Level 4 autonomy and battery electric drive power. It's for utility vans first and foremost but could lead to a smarter, cleaner camper vans.

DARPA is planning to develop a travel adapter for the human body. Called the ADvanced Acclimation and Protection Tool for Environmental Readiness (ADAPTER), the new program aims to produce a device to help soldiers handle jet lag and diarrhea.

The $120,000 Audi RS6 Avant is a station wagon with four-wheel-steering, four-wheel-drive and an eight speed auto transmission. Now ABT is offering a 200 mph 740 hp RS6-R version with a four-year, 100,000-mile warranty for an additional $76,000.
